Molly McB & Company was founded in 2005 after adopting our Chihuahua mix puppy Molly, named after the band Flogging Molly. While taking college courses on web design, graphic design and a screen printing course, Molly inspired a line of dog shirts for a final project. Soon the company expanded to include tote bags, matching human shirts, collars and more. Molly was soon joined by Angus, our second rescue Chihuahua mix, in 2006, which added the “& Company”. The product selection grew and as did the “& Co” as we added 2 foster fail rescue Chihuahuas to the mix (herd), inspiring many new designs and products. We participated in our first America’s Family Pet Expo at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa in 2007 with a friends business and the following year we had our own booth. As we grew, so did our booth and we participated for 13 years until the last one in 2019.
Our inspiration Molly unfortunately passed away in May 2021, just 3 months shy of turning 17. In July 2021, we fostered 2 puppies – Bill and Ted – and foster failed Bill.
